That city of Norhern Cyprus has lots of name like Trikomo in Greek, Yeni Iskele or New Iskele . That part of the Cyprus is a town comprised of refugees from a district of the same name in Laranaka city on the Islands south coast. After the war the refugees moved here in 1975. If we say about the important hostoric buildings of Yeni Iskele , St. Jacob (Avios Iakovos) is 15 th century church. And also an important thing about Yeni Iskele that city is the birth place of the EOKA colonel George Grivas, a proponent of Cyprus becoming joined with Greece known like enosis.
